I help customers with the use of computers, applications and internet usage. Responding  to customers who encounter error messages while accessing websites, emailing or downloading content. i also Provide excellent customer care and assist my  clients to complete forms and returns for KRA, NTSA, NHIF and other e-government services.

Experience

i have a 4 years experience in assisting  customers with downloads, printing, scanning, attaching and emailing documents. Monitoring the  use of computers, media equipment, printing equipment and other machines to ensure that they  comply with café policies and applicable laws and regulations.

knowledge of printing,typing,doing online application from Ecitizen portal,TSC portal and many  other portals
