He has coordinated and provided technical Health Systems Leadership – Health Sector Governance and Strategic Partnerships programme work in Kenya and East Africa. I have Significant experience working in international development at Programme Management level supporting designing, work planning, contract management, risk identification, financial forecasting and tracking of programme budgets and activity implementation. I have vast experience in partnership management having worked with donors, partners and the country Line Ministries including Health, Education, youth departments among others. I have also managed to successfully conduct participatory meetings with the stakeholders and partners for quality control; selecting and dissemination of technical communication between the Ministries, NGOs, teams, and partners; identification of needs for capacity building/trainings, equipment, external support, and elaborate terms of reference; organizing capacity building sessions in the organizations and among partners as defined by the different proposals and programs. My Project monitoring & reporting experience include preparation of weekly planning and updates to share project updates; Follow up, spot check on-going activities for quality control; preparation of periodical reports: donors reports, internal reports (annual reports, information for website, newsletter…); updating indicators, achievements, activities, and results according to the project Log Frame; management of the statistical outcomes of the project.
