About Morine Muriithi :

My name is Morine Muriithi, a student in University of Nairobi majoring in Finance. I just completed my third year last semester in May. I am on my journey to build a career, to gain experience and to have a marketable profile needed in this field.

After high school in 2020, I started online marketing where one would be commissioned per referral gained. I did it for almost seven months and earned more than a hundred thousand shillings from an investment of five thousand shillings only.

Small scale business

During my long holidays in May 2021, I started selling second hand clothes in open air market in Ngurubani, Mwea. As the market grew I incorporated different items to sell.

Small scale business

I used to make the homemade liquid blue soap for washing utensils, jik and homemade dettol liquid hand wash. I bought the ingredients locally and sold it to my local neighbors and other times I would distribute it to my nearest mini supermarkets.
