Monicah Nakuno

A dedicated social worker and community development professional with over 7 years of experience, excelling in providing high-quality care and support to people who are socially excluded or who are experiencing problems in their lives. I am passionate and motivated by the need to create a society fit for marginalized communities and individuals to thrive and improve their lives both economically and socially. 

My experience has leveraged my expertise in social work, community development, community engagement and mobilization, counseling, training, and research. Major highlights of my experience include; designing and implementing support groups within the community, counseling and guiding young children, adolescents, and adults, collaborating with the court, law enforcement, and community members to safeguard children, and investigating suspects involved in cases of child abuse neglect and exploitation.
