As a thorough and meticulous community development graduate with the knowledge of helping the community to utilise available resources to improve their living standards, I am eager to explore avenues that will challenge my abilities. I am capable of juggling numerous tasks assigned to me. My competence lie in project management, resource management and mobilization, advocacy and networking, peace and conflict resolution, capacity building and children , youth and human rights.
 

VOLUNTARY WORK EXPERIENCE
MINISTRY OF GENDER, CULTURE AND SPORTS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT : JANUARY 2021- APRIL 2021
While I was there, I was taken through several avenues. These include:
-General office work; compilation of back to office reports and quarterly reports.
-Field activities; community mobilization, holding community barazas, monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
-Participated in training community on; Group dynamics, conflict resolution, child protection, women empowerment, gender- based violence and related laws and transformative leadership.
-Participated in stakeholder forums for project development.
MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL PROTECTION
SUB-COUNTY CHILDREN OFFICER: JUNE 2021-SEPTEMBER 2021
While i was there, i was taken through the following activities:
-Rescuing children from hostile environments. 
-Preparing and generating children welfare related reports. 
-Creating awareness and Advocacy on Children Services. 
-Visiting homes to conduct interviews and compile reports for presentation to courts of law. 
-Collecting data on children welfare matters. 
-Identifying and committing Children to safe places. 
-Receiving and recording complaints and any other reports regarding violation of children rights.
