 I have 2 years experience as Customer Service Assistant/Marketing Assistant.
I have been working at East Africa Institute of Certified Studies as Customer Service Assistant and these 
are some of the tasks assigned:-
(a) Ensuring the Admitted students are given their timetable and also showing them how to
operate their online portal.
(b) Advising students on career path.
(c) Entry data using Customer Relation Management Software (CRM).
(d) Cross checking to see if there is any discrepancy with their Certificate.
(e) Following up with students to see if there is any complain.
(f) Handling receipts and gives out fee statements to the students.
I have the following skills that I believe I will be capable to handle the assigned tasks. Some of the Skills 
are:-Interpersonal Skills, Planning and Organizing, Calendar management skills, Time Management, and 
also Communication Skills both Written and Verbal.
I have attached herewith the relevant documents needed for this position.
