• Record of finished products from production department and issue of goods receiving note to acknowledge receipt of those products.
• Dispatch of finished products to customers as per the invoice delivery notes and cash sales.
• Assist dispatch clerk in supervision of loading of finished products to vehicles.
• Post receipts and issues to the control cards (bin cards).
• Issue GRN (good receipt note) to return inwards.
• Maintain record of transfer of good between maize mill, wheat mill and feed mill.
• Prepare daily sales and daily stocks summaries.
• Issue delivery notes for return, finished products from dispatch to production.
• Participate in the stock count every day and every month.
