I'm a Diploma graduate in Computer Science at The Co-operative University of Kenya , with practical experience gained during my attachment at the Ministry of Roads and Transport , State Department for Transport . I have a strong interest in IT support , networking and programming ,currently seeking opportunities to apply my technical knowledge and grow in a dynamic tech environment.

  •  Assisted in troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware providing basic technical support to staff , including setting up new computers , printers and network connections.
  • Participated in routine network maintenance , cabling and troubleshooting  internet connectivity issues.
  • Wrote and tested small scripts (e.g. in python) to automate routine IT  tasks.
  • Edited and debugged simple programs and supported system  Functionality.
  •  Installed and updated operating systems and essential software , configuring user settings and ensuring system functionality.
  • Explored in machine learning and data analysis skills  where i did a project aiming to predict the price of houses according to the dataset  and also applied basic machine learning models like linear regression.

Diploma in Computer Science from The Cooperative University of Kenya with training in IT Support , Networking , Programming and System Operations.
