As an AI Engineer and Educational Assessment Specialist, I bring a unique combination of skills in both educational assessment and technology. From October 2020 to March 2023, I freelanced with Remotask, where I played a crucial role in training and developing models to improve their performance across various projects. My work involved consistent collaboration with a diverse team, utilizing platforms like Discord for effective communication and project coordination.

Before that, I gained valuable experience as a Psychometrician during an internship with Corporate Staffing in Nairobi. There, I designed and developed test content for standardized assessments, such as the SAT and ACT. I led the creation of assessment criteria to ensure the accuracy and educational impact of test items, and managed iterative refinement processes to consistently enhance the quality and rigor of the assessment content.

My skill set includes expertise in personality testing and advanced psychometrics, as well as familiarity with a range of AI tools. This combination of skills allows me to effectively bridge the gap between technological development and educational assessment.
