I am data analyst with over a year of experience in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. I have  worked on diverse analytics projects across banking, FMCG, and social impact sectors, demonstrating proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, SSIS, and SPSS.

At Pathways Technologies, I developed interactive dashboards and automated reporting systems for M-Oriental Bank and FMCG clients, enabling improved visibility into credit performance, HR metrics, and regional sales trends. I also supported customer experience analytics at Copia Kenya, where I conducted Net Promoter Score (NPS), EASE analysis, and customer satisfaction reporting—helping identify key drivers of user loyalty and operational friction.

My strengths lie in data cleaning, visualization, stakeholder communication, and delivering insights that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Education

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Certificate in Data Analytics, with hands-on training in Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and Stata. I completed an internship at Pathways Technologies, where I gained practical experience and developed proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SSIS. Currently, I am pursuing a self-paced online course in Python for Data Science and Machine Learning, further expanding my technical skill set
