Duties include;

Making inbound and outbound calls
Demanding payment from clients who have defaulted.
Management of companies property.
Reminding clients the benefits of making early payments.
Answering clients inquiries.
Negotiating client payment and arrangements of payment plans and follow up and ensure payment is made.
Advertising and selling company products and benefits to clients.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Attending daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
Perform company duty that may be assigned by management.
