Mercy Kamau

I am a qualified and licensed clinical nutritionist who holds a Bachelor’s in Science Degree in Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics. I have worked in clinical settings as a Clinical Nutritionist attaché’ and an intern too. Therefore, I have practically managed nutrition related medical conditions as well as conducted nutrition education to patients through counseling and presentations. I have experienced the role of nutrition in overall health outcomes both in clinical settings and otherwise. Similarly, I have experienced the challenges facing the practice of nutrition from training to the actual practice of the profession which have helped me develop resilience, creativity and the ability to seek and receive help.
