Mercy Buluma

My name is Mercy Buluma. I am a customer care representative by profession and  Outside my profession, I am just a simple person. I tend to be very driven and ambitious. I like to take on different tasks to get different experiences. I would like to grow career-wise and I also believe that I can offer my employer a good experience working under them. I tend to learn new skills very fast. 

At first working as a Customer care Representative was a bit challenging but once I mastered it I became good at my job it has taught me to be patient and  I have better problem-solving skills than I did before. I have personally had a good experience and I am open to growing in the industry.

I  was studying Social Work but was unable to complete my education due to financial constraints but I have desired to pursue the same course when I am more stable financially.
