Having work in the industry for a while, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition and the important of tailoring training programs to meet the unique needs of each client.

I hold a recognized certification in Fitness which I studied in Alison Caroline institute, Nairobi. With this I have professionally applied my knowledge on the field as personal trainer.
