I am a down to earth person with good interpersonal skills and my strong  personal qualities are great flexibility, a keen eye to details and I can work calmly under pressure with minimal supervision. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and a certificate in computer studies. I have skills in quality Customer Service,  Service Marketing. These enabled me to successfully handle my work  as a Front office Staff and Customer care representative.  For forty night I had a chance to do outbound tele sales with restaurant.com and this has challenged take up a tele sales job.
