An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual interested in the wellbeing of others and actualization of social goals. Has gained experience in co-ordination of teams, educating masses, challenging misconceptions, and working with a wide array of professionals in the healthcare set up. My aim is to improve the scope of medical practice and administration of services to our patients as I further hone my skills and prepare for specialties.

 Clerking patients and managing them in the wards

  Reviewing patients in the emergency room and ward

  Performing caeserian sections and other obstetric and gynaecological procedures within my cadre and as prescribed by my supervisors.

  Managing various paediatric cases in the outpatient, wards, and critical care units. 

 Managing neonates in the New born Unit (NBU) in consultation with the paediatrician 

 Referring cases as necessary and in a timely manner for further management

 Consulting as required with colleagues and consultants to improve outcomes 

 Orientating and inducting new colleagues joining the medical team 

 Working with the management to ensure clinical processes are seamless through availability of necessary equipment and team members. 

 Participating in community outreach activities to emancipate the masses on common conditions.

  Performing any other duties assigned by the consultants or medical superintendent. 

 Organizing and facilitating Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions to aid in advancement of medical knowledge.

  Participation in mortality meetings to evaluate scope of care and adopt recommendations for better care.
