I train on ICDL and IT related courses My Role as End User Trainer is fully based on offering Training and support on Computer Hardware and software/Applications. It involved Understanding computer users who are the student’s/clients .Setting up training goals by providing required skill level training per course they take. Training delivery methods which involves creating a training material and program, from lesson plan to lab tests schedules and providing feedback after training.

I am a wonderful performer when it comes to working with office productivity tools that is Microsoft
Office Applications, not only that, but I am also good in Computer Hardware Support, Computer networks,
Installation and Troubleshooting. I tutor on (ICDL) International Computer Digital Literacy, CompTIA A+
and Life Skills.

I have studied Diploma in Business Information and
Communication Technology at Institute of Advanced Technology, and I have also done a certificate in
Business Administration, Jomo Kenyatta University.
