I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology and five years working in the field. In my career I have experience in customer service and offer support in different systems eg palladium Erp and Gaap for hotel management systems. I have experience in agriculture  industry as well where I was promoted from farm  worker to inventory control of equipment and stocks I have used my knowledge and skills to help with support in different software and learn using new software within the shortest time possible. If presented with a problem my strong technical skills and analytical abilities assist me with troubleshooting and then provide good technical solutions in order to fix it.
