Duties and Responsibilities
-Reviewing the system for any project information
related gaps particularly projects approved by the
Project Review Committee (PRC) and projects converted
into IPMR.
-Following up with the relevant officers for missing
project information and supporting them in updating the
same in IPMR to ensure completeness and accuracy of
the information.

-Populating information in PAAS and ensuring that the
information provided is up to date to ensure a smooth
process during auditing.
-Population and monitoring of the WUF11 App, which
contributed to the success of the World Urban Forum 11
event.
- Chairing and attending meetings pertaining to the WUF
11 app to ensure the proper coordination of the event.
-Setting up hybrid meetings for colleagues in various
meeting rooms.

various matters during meetings and conferences.
-Handing out ICT questionnaires to staff members and
