I am a self driven, motivated and committed individual in informing and initiating well thought out interventions with 3 years experience in project planning and management, field research and project activities implementation. My main duties are but not limited to planning and coordinating all project related activities including preparation of project activity work plans, preparation of terms of reference and raising requisitions for project activities, organizing and facilitating project training activities; coordinating and working closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure project targets are achieved and reported timely, development and delivery of project progress reports- weekly, monthly, annual and field activity reports, supporting the project coordinator and M&E officer in periodic monitoring, evaluation accountability and learning (MEAL) processes which include documentation of lessons learnt and best practices in the project, creating linkages and partnerships with other partner organizations and community that have a similar goal as the project, participating in community, county and national advocacy programs that promote education, health, gender equity and equality, social inclusion, human rights and governance; performance towards monthly duties which include preparing monthly reports, time sheets, making follow ups, documenting challenges and recommendations, preparing case studies and attending to project review meetings.
