I worked at Tropical Farm Management in charge of the Disbursement & Replenishment of petty cash. Passing of Journal using sun system. Intercompany transactions, monthly reconciliation. Checking bank balances on daily basis to ensure there is sufficient funds.­­ Reconciling all Bank Accounts on daily basis. Attending the stock take and ensuring that the stock card is up to date . Checking on all payments ensuring all provisions are made and budgeted for. Preparation of suppliers’ payments. Payment of payroll deductions Including Cheque offs, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF and contributions to pension and other saving schemes. Ensuring monthly statutory deductions are paid to the appropriate authorities on time.
