Over 15 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) successfully leading and managing talent acquisition processes with integrity (working with hiring managers in preparing Terms of Reference for the staffing needs, e-vacancy announcements, shorting listing, facilitating interviews through talent onboarding) in a complex and multicultural environment in Kenya, Somalia and Sudan in compliance with the corporate HRM standards.

Profound experience in supporting organizational change management in HRM organizational staffing alignment  that has successfully contributed to the change of majority of staff’s contracting terms and conditions as Fixed Term holders  from Service Contracts hence the stability and retention of the talent.

Almost five years successfully managing Protocol, Administrative issues and Travel requests for expatriates (Kenya Revenue Authority, Resident Permits, Visas etc.
