I am a trained cyber security professional in one of the leading national cyber security hubs in Kenya, E-kraal Innovation Hub. I am duly qualified with a range of skills in both red-teaming (offensive security) and blue-teaming (defensive security). I have experience working as a Cyber Analyst in a fast paced environment performing vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, SIEM management, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Systems hardening, Threat hunting etc.
Besides that, I am an honest and driven person with a keen interest in Data protection and its governance. I am a hardworking individual with ability to maximize my abilities for the benefit of an organization, able to work under minimum supervision and delivers results.
Experience
I have worked in the roles of Network support, cyber security analyst and a security consultant. My most relevant role is as a cyber security analyst where I worked across defensive security and offensive security in a banking environment.
Education
My most relevant education is my technical apprenticeship training in cyber security. During my training I received education across various areas in cyber security prior to specialization. I am therefore equipped to work in any area in cyber security across offensive and defensive security, cyber security management, security framework, security audits, Cyber threat intelligence, SOC, Networking, etc.
