I am privileged to have worked at KCB Bank as Sales and Account Management Intern. My key responsibilities were as follows:

• Prepared monthly sales reports using standard KCB Bank reporting templates, which were used to evaluate team performance based on set targets.  
• Selling the bank’s products, managing customer accounts, and issuing merchant tills.    
• Managed the customer service desk and directly solved customer questions.   
• Prepared customers report on a timely basis to be used by the senior sales team in market and trend analysis.  

Achievements.

I pride myself on assisting the customers to solve their cash flow management issues by advising them on prudent cash flow management techniques, which enhanced the daily deposits they were making with the bank.   

I successfully led a diversified team of sales representatives in achieving a common objective set by the management.

My responsibilities included the following:    

• Evaluating the bills received and reviewing their potential effect on the cash flow before initiating payments.    
• Filling of the invoices raised and bills received to ensure the revenues and expenses are documented properly.    
• Following up on the receivables to ensure their timely payments, thus facilitating positive cash flow.  
• Regular filing of tax returns (PAYE, VAT, and Withholding Tax) enhances maximum tax compliance.
