I Work diligently and professionally by putting my experience in practice in order to get hands-on
experience to adapt to the revolutionary changes in different industries and to grow my career as a
Mathematician and Computer Scientist.

          1.Research Intern on Work-Study Programme at the Department of Earth and Climate Sciences, Global Center               on Adaptation. I am working on a project, "Enhancing and Scaling Up Climate Adaptation For Resilient                         Infrastructure In Kenya And The East African Region," from 19th to August 2022 to and including 18th                           November 2022.

         2. Centre for Epidemiological Modelling and Analysis fellowship (CEMA), Working on a
             project titled, “Prediction of Malaria Prevalence in Kenya Lake Regions Using Support
              Vector Regression Algorithm”, from January 2022 to date.

         3. Customer Experience Officer at the Metropol CRB Limited, stationed at Huduma Centre
             Eastleigh from 1st October 2021 to 10th July 2022
            Duties and Responsibilities
 

             1. Provide product information and advice customers on various inquiries
             2. Respond to customer inquiries on CRB issues at the Huduma Centre
            3. Prepare Certificate of clearance, credit reports, letters and other documents as required by
                customers while adhering to set guidelines.
            4. Updating customer request pending logs and calculation of the response time for all
               pending issues.
            5. Cross selling and Up selling of CRB Products and Services at the Huduma Centre.
            6. Monitoring and Escalation of all CRB related issues at the Centre.
            7. Data entry to the database.
            8. Coordinate and respond to customer request sent through regional offices (agents)
            9. Any other task that may be allocated by the supervisor.

         4. Agency and administration officer at the Metropol CRB Limited from 13th May 2019 to 31st March 2020.
          Duties and Responsibilities

            1. Recruiting Metropol CRB agents
            2. Managing Metropol CRB agents through preparing and paying their monthly commissions.
           3. Responding to agent’s inquiries, making a follow up and escalating their agency issues to the supervisor

            Duties and Responsibilities

      1. Network support and troubleshooting;
      2. Configuration of network active equipment;
      3. Installation of network active equipment such as routers and switches;
      4. IT user support;
      5. Wireless installation and configuration;
     6. Support the county connectivity project;
     7. Monitoring of government Network from Network Operation Centre (NOC)
