About Martin Ireri:

Am a Kenyan aged 32 years, having graduated seven years ago, I have acquired vast experience in Marketing and Management.

In my employment time, I have been able, together with the assigned teams move the companies figures beyond the set targets and always beating the deadlines.

The above has come with its challenges for example introduction of new lines of products in the Market which meant a lot of effort has to be put by all the team members which at some point is not always the case.

Growth has been my key focus in the Pharmaceutical industry both personal and for the company am working for. Over the years I have horned the skills of Marketing and selling and this has made me become a useful asset in the industry. My main interests when given an opportunity is to always make sure my work is done to the level best and revenue I generate is enough to sustain both myself and the Business. 

Discipline, honesty and enthusiasm are my key areas where I pride myself in and am sure they will be useful to you above all other things.

Experience

As a Key Account Manager, I do the following.

Engaging and building good relationships with key clients in the organization.

Developing key strategic plans for the key accounts that ensure maximum revenue generation from the key clients.

Being the main point of contact with the clients and making sure they are well taken care of for all their needs.

Conducting performance analysis that ensure the relationship with the clients is solid.

Negotiating contract renewal with the client that enables growth in terms of revenue and also has a positive impact to the client.

Client enlargement and enrichment that allows the organization to fetch more from the client.

market analysis that allows changes within the account which in turn helps be at per and even beat competition.

Keeping a strong eye on key performance indicators. This allows self evaluation and keen to success and detail mindset.

Managing sales and marketing team. Setting their KPIs and budget scrutiny verses their performance.

On boarding of new members of sales and marketing as well as conducting interviews.
