Martha Wambui

I started my career in Human Resources and Administration after graduating with a Political Science and Public Administration degree in 2015. I have spent my entire career in the same field. I am looking forward to joining a similar company and keep soaring high.

I think one of my greatest strengths are communication skills and willingness to take initiative.

During my last official duty tasks when we were offering confirmation letters to staff who had successfully completed their probation period, I made sure everyone on the team was satisfied and on the same page as the rest of the staff and thus I knew the strategy to calm anticipation and go slows from staff is by taking the initiative to send out their confirmation letters on time.

I have a degree in public Administration which helps in relating with different people within our social networks

My ongoing diploma course in Human resources will also aid in employee relations and other HR functions.
