Margaret Wangari

I'm a water engineer, which means I work on designing and managing systems that help supply clean water, manage wastewater, and protect water resources.Basically, I help make sure people have safe and reliable water.

I’m a water engineering professional with hands-on experience in both fieldwork and technical operations. I’ve worked with Nairobi City Water Company in the Survey Department, where I gained skills in setting up survey units, importing and processing field data, creating surfaces, grids, bands, and chainage. I also have practical experience in photometric analysis and a solid understanding of geochemistry as applied in hydrogeology. Currently, I’m advancing my skills through field attachments and training with organizations like NEMA, focusing on environmental and water resource management.
