Position: Facilitator

Responsibilities:

  • Training out-of -school youths on entrepreneurship skills that they can use to run a Boda business and maximize income.
  • Developing content for onboarding sessions and review content for Boda business training on LMS.
  • Onboarding junior trainers and coaching them on how to train out of school youths.
  • Monitoring and evaluating learners' performance, engagement and attendance.
  • Sorting and compiling learners' progress development on the system tracker.

 

Jun - Nov 2021 Allan and Gill Gray Philanthropy, Kenya 

Position: Ambassador 

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarded, and steered teachers and learners to participate in an online challenge, as well as facilitated group and one-on-one training sessions to get them started.
  • Engaged in school activations and visits across Eastern region to educate learners and teachers about entrepreneurship to encourage them to participate in the challenge.
  • Tracked and captured all key outcomes of the online challenge and provided post-challenge feedback.
  • Managed and maintained effective communication with all participants of the Entrepreneurship Challenge.
