Position: Facilitator

Responsibilities:

• Training out-of -school youths on entrepreneurship skills that they can use to run a Boda business and maximize income.
• Developing content for onboarding sessions and review content for Boda business training on LMS.
• Onboarding junior trainers and coaching them on how to train out of school youths.
• Monitoring and evaluating learners' performance, engagement and attendance.
• Sorting and compiling learners' progress development on the system tracker.

Position: Ambassador 

Responsibilities:

• Onboarded, and steered teachers and learners to participate in an online challenge, as well as facilitated group and one-on-one training sessions to get them started.
• Engaged in school activations and visits across Eastern region to educate learners and teachers about entrepreneurship to encourage them to participate in the challenge.
• Tracked and captured all key outcomes of the online challenge and provided post-challenge feedback.
• Managed and maintained effective communication with all participants of the Entrepreneurship Challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Developed and implemented detailed business plans and strategies to help achieve goals by planning cost-effective operations and market development.
• Ensured ongoing growth, and oversaw the company's financial performance, investments, sales, marketing, and other commercial activities.
• Communicated and maintained trusting relationships with business partners and customers.
• Organized monthly fair trade exhibitions that hosted entrepreneurs in Nairobi.

Position: Business Coach and Mentor 

Responsibilities:

• Supported entrepreneurs on all aspects of business management, as well as practical solutions to address growth barriers at all stages of development.
• Prepared and finalized business plans with mentees; provided practical business management training in (financial models, sales and marketing, pitching, planning, etc.).

Position: Training Coordinator 

Responsibilities:

• Delivered lessons on wordpress web design, basic programming, business skills, and communication. l also refined the curriculum together with the training team.
• Recruited youth trainees for the Tunapanda training program, which included screening applications, interviews, and onboarding.
• Developed and led engagement with various partner organizations, as well as managed other organizational projects through the use of human-centered design.
• Created content on web design, storytelling, and scripting for Tunapanda Swag, a gamified educational platform.
