I am a professional Military Officer with eleven years experience and a dedicated team member who is physically fit, mentally strong and level-headed under pressure with an extensive background in overseeing operations for the Kenya Defence Forces having completed four deployments in Somalia while operating effectively in unstable and challenging combat and non-combat environments in various capacities in safety and risk mitigation, threat assessments, personnel administration and operations planning. 

My background includes; leading high-performance teams in performing all aspects of facility security, such as logistical coordination, equipment installations and training, security access and tracking functions. With my excellent organization skills and sharp attention to detail, I excel at driving the design and implementation of high-level security plans to enhance across-the-board security of personnel, property and proprietary information. 

Highlights of my experience include:

Developing, implementing and directing sophisticated security plans incorporating anti-terrorism force protection initiatives for a up to 240-1000 member security operators workforce as the Troop leader and  Intelligence officer (I.O) for Specialized Operations in Boni enclave , as well as liaising with Multi-agencies on Terrorism threats and mitigation strategies. 

Conducting threat vulnerability and security / risk assessments for personnel, facilities and work-sites.

Leveraging expertise in physical security, security systems and personnel training to achieve top-flight overarching safety and security. Employing a variety of databases to enhance safety, efficiency and accuracy while replacing outdated tracking methods.
