Ascendas web application is a web-based asset management application that allows users to interact with Ascendas, a company that specializes in the fields of property & facility management, commercial real estate, agency, valuation, and research. I worked as a frontend engineer in a team of 5 with the aim of ensuring the application had an interface that guaranteed a good user experience.

• Built the front end of the application using the Angular framework, ensuring good practices.
• Wrote automated tests with Karma and Jasmine
• Consumed multiple APIs.

I built TaskJar software as a personal project to practice my knowledge of building full-stack web applications. TaskJar software is a project management software that helps with the management of tasks at work. Users can add projects, add project tasks, and then they can track the task progress as they work, based on task urgency.

• Learnt and managed to integrate my React and Django applications effectively
• Managed to integrate multiple features including an authentication system using JSON Web Tokens
• Managed to deploy the application to the web
• Hosted my Postgres database on the complex AWS-RDS service

Another personal project that I developed. BigBasket is an online store aimed at bringing all the best products to customers. It is built with all the core features and functionalities of a modern electronic commerce shop. Focused on customer support, and quick deliveries BigBasket aims at growing to the best shopping option for everyone.

• Learned the implementation of a CART SYSTEM in an e-commerce application
• Learned the implementation of state management with redux
• Understood the use of local storage for offline capabilities

🚧 ESTUDIAR WEB APP | FULLSTACK DEVELOPER | PERSONAL

My first full-stack web application was built with Django, react, and redux. It is a web application where users can create chat rooms/study rooms to help each other with learning their specific areas of interest.

• Learnt best practices for building full-stack applications
• Understood how to manage many-to-many relationships in relational databases

I am a recent graduate of Moringa School where I took FullStack Software Development. The course was in a fast-paced environment, in which I was able to complete several projects and work in teams at least thrice.
