I am passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, I am a seasoned data scientist skilled in predictive modeling and data-driven insights. As a project manager, I excel in coordinating multifaceted projects, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion. My experience in quantity surveying adds a unique dimension, allowing me to navigate the intersection of data, project management, and financial precision.

I worked for three years as a Quantity Surveyor at China Wu Yi, where I progressed from an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to a Project Quantity Surveyor. In this role, I managed a team of 100+ people for key projects. My responsibilities included managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, quantifying and estimating resources required for projects, administering construction contracts, and monitoring/reporting on the quality of work. I maintained detailed reports, records, and documentation related to projects and conducted site visits for re-measurements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

I recently completed a post-graduate certificate in Data Science from Moringa School. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Project Management from PMI and a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi.
