Processing and progressing of LPOs and LSOs already placed with suppliers/ service providers.
Control of the procurement IFMIS module, receiving and posting of all orders and invoicing of payment vouchers.
Receiving and issuing store items.
Maintenance of store records.

December 2020 to August 2021 - Sales Representative at Nyokabi’s Bridal Couture, Nairobi.
Responsibilities 
Managed the incoming calls from clients and customer service inquiries.

Identified growth opportunities and developed initiatives to increase market share.

Generated sales leads that develop into new customers.
Follow up on the the existing customers to check whether we achieved to their satisfaction and welcome them again. 
Handled customer complaints, provided appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; followed up to ensure resolution. 
June 14th to 15th July 2021- Intern at Noorani Autozone Limited, Nairobi.
Responsibilities
1) Raising and following up on purchase orders.
