I have over 8 years working experience cumulatively. Currently i am serving as the Administrative Officer in charge of
Communication and Public Relations at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), where i have played a pivotal role in
driving the successful implementation of the PR strategy, leveraging her expertise to draft strategic plans and establish
key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team. I have successfully managed the designing of calendars, brochures,
and branded merchandise for special events. Additionally, i have showcased my attention to detail by proofreading
and editing social media content.
My previous experience also includes roles in front office administration, customer care, and office management. I have
a proven track record of resolving customer complaints, maintaining client accounts, coordinating marketing materials,
and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Education
With ongoing pursuit of a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Nairobi, I am dedicated to
continuous learning and improvement. She values creative problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and building strong
relationships with key stakeholders.I have a Bacheleof Arts degree in Anthropolog from Moi Universit , main campus which I completed in December 2010. My strength include attention to detail,
excellent communication skills, and efficient organization make me a valuable asset to any team.
