Duties includes

  • Transfers of products from warehouse to distribution.
  • Updating of the P.O.D s (proof of delivery) on the system.
  • Preparing and raising of LPOs.
  • Selling & recording of different tenders.
  • Participated in tender opening and tender evaluation sessions.
  • Participated in activities such as receipt and documentation of tender samples.
  • Ensuring proper records management through development of a records management manual.
  • Maintaining related registers and file retrieval on request and management of documents movement registers.
  • Automation of records, uploading the same on to the document management system (DMS).
  • Making and receiving of calls to suppliers.
  • Inventory management, receiving, order processing, batching, costing, generation of loading plans, tagging, put away and dispatch of supplies at the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as well as dispatching of exemption documents.
