    Led the company’s transfer of IT Assets project to an online portal known as Snow (Service Now) where users are now able to request software installation or any other issue from the Service Now portal.
    •Input, validated, and reported on an IT Assets reconciliation project using Microsoft Exceladvanced functions and finalized it by updating the company’s ACRT (Access Change RequestTool) system.
    •Offered virtual end-user support via Microsoft teams, Skype, and telephone to diagnose andtroubleshoot problems.
