SAFARICOM CUSTOMER CARE              My name is Lucy Nafula,am 26 years old and I live in Nairobi.I own a diploma in medical records and Information Technology from Kenya medical training college (KMTC) Nairobi main Campus.I graduated in the year 2023 with the best results,I have the license for the same and I have been working with Avanzar solutions where I used to do marketing of logbook loans.I also have experience with the information technology having served as a volunteer health records officer for the two medical facilities.Iam English and Swahili proficiency,I work within the rules and regulations of the company.I am time orient and I work perfectly as alone and also as a team.I am familiar with the software used in management of records and how to operate them.

I have experience of about 2 years having graduated in February 2023,I like exploring and learning new things, researching and making conclusions.I like attending to clients with passion since it has been my hobby as from childhood.I like interacting with people both verbally or physically.if given a chance I will prove my abilities and I promise to provide the best service ever.Thanks in advance.

I worked with two medical facilities where I worked as the Information Technology Officer.I also worked with the information Software and receptionist after which I went and did marketing of Logbook loans company.
