I am an industrious and self-motivated Social Worker keen on participating in activities and projects that are keen on improving the lives of individuals in marginalized communities. My competencies lie in; development and implementation of case plans, referral and linkage of clients for social services and support like community resources, report writing, update of clients files and networking with like-minded individuals and organization for effective and efficient service deliver, determine eligibility of admission of a client and planning and implementation of project activities. Given my passion for engaging in such projects and making a difference in the lives of individuals, my focus is to secure a position that will enable me exercise my skills   and knowledge in case management and direct assistance to self-reliance.
