Coordinate Receiving Teams Establish Policies and Procedures

Conduct Employee Training and Onboarding Maintain Warehouse Reports

Monitor Department Budgets Maintain Warehouse Safety

Receiving of invoices the system then submit to finance team for invoicing.

Send daily weekly and monthly report on receiving activities in the warehouse

Coordinate with procurement team on supplier performance, delivery and item supplying the warehouse.

Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated product and or hazardous materials.

Identify discrepancies between inventory records and take action.

Plan warehouse layout and space requirements to prevent loss or damage and achieve full.
