Experience

I have a professional experience as a Showroom Coordinator and Customer Service Executive with the following responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause of the issue and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer database in the CRM system
  • Resolving problems, improving operations, and providing exceptional service.
  • Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Following the company's policies and procedures when interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to increase and drive growth for the company
  • Conducting extensive research on competitor products and services to identify market trends and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating brand awareness and increasing product knowledge among target audiences through marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
  • Preparing reports on customer satisfaction to ensure the company was meeting and exceeding client expectations

Education

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Technology specializing in Public Relations from Maseno University in Kisumu County, Kenya.
