I am an all-rounded and multi-skilled professional with experience in Administration and Customer Service.   • Front Office Management: Conversant with carrying out front-office functions such as re-organizing the visitor check-in and out procedure, keeping a record of all guests and distributing incoming mail and managing outgoing correspondence.
  • Organization skills: Good understanding of the company policies for the successful running of the business. Well-organized and experienced in fulfilling administrative tasks.
  • Articulate Communicator: Successfully ensure that I convey to customers what they want to hear applying positive language, remaining cheerful, and ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
