I am an all-rounded and multi-skilled professional with experience in Administration and Customer Service. Throughout my experience, I have excelled in coordinating administrative functions and running end-to-end executive support in office setups, defining and analyzing customer requests to resolve issues accurately and in a prompt manner to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.   • Customer Service: Efficient in interacting with customers as I follow up to ensure that appropriate actions have been taken and ensure their needs are met hence increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Office Management: Acquired skills in general office administration duties for example; interacting with clients and ensuring the proper filing of office documents.
  • Front Office Management: Conversant with carrying out front-office functions such as re-organizing the visitor check-in and out procedure, keeping a record of all guests and distributing incoming mail and managing outgoing correspondence.
  • Organization skills: Good understanding of the company policies for the successful running of the business. Well-organized and experienced in fulfilling administrative tasks.
  • Articulate Communicator: Successfully ensure that I convey to customers what they want to hear applying positive language, remaining cheerful, and ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
  • Team working skills: Ability to work effectively in a team and to relate well with colleagues and my supervisors by maintaining a professional relationship with them.
  • ICT Competency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, email, and the internet.
