About Lilian Shera:
I am a Kenyan female, a BSC in Population Health degree holder from Kenyatta University with over 4 years of work - related experience in data management gained in diverse SRHR programs (including HIV prevention among Adolescent Girls and Young Women) by different organizations including AMREF, LVCT, Globus Questream, KELIN, and Pathfinder International among many others.
I have strong monitoring, reporting, coordination, documentation, and data management skills gained through my close working relationship with the research team at the Centre for study of Adolescence, for a case study conducted in Nairobi, and many others. Furthermore, I am a quick learner and hard worker, I am confident that I can make a meaningful contribution to the team. I am also trained on and is proficient in data entry, data cleaning, analysis and reporting using SPPS, STATA, NVIVO and MS Excel from Amref International University.
I have excellent communication and relationship management skills – at both inter and intrapersonal level. I have strong presentation and facilitation skills. I am proficient in community mobilization and community organization and skilled in general field logistics and accountability from my undergraduate training as well as previous work roles as an intern at LVCT health.
