Am Lilian Atieno.I graduated in Dec 2022 currently on my final month of internship at KUSSCO LIMITED.Have majorly dealt with reception/customer service and currently underwriting.I believe with my qualifications and qualities acquired i best fit the position

FEB 2019 TO MAY 2021.

I worked as a receptionist at Voromono limited.I used to attend to customers queries ,taking calls from clients,purchase of office requirement and responsible for office organisation.

JUNE 2021-DEC 2021.

I worked under data entry department where i was respomsible for office organisation,cleaning,batching,processing of files and answering to client queries.

JAN 2022-OCTOBER 2022.

I worked as a receptionist plus stock clerk.I could welcome and check in the guest aganist their bookings.Handling high volume of calls at the customers service desk and light paperwork.Handling of customers complains and returns .Corresponding to calls internally and externally in a professional manner.Checking of stock regularly.purchasing,storing,organizing and tracking of hotel stocks.Maintaning records of pricing ,purchase and other relevant information.

FEB 2023-APRIL 2023

I am currently an intern finalizing my final month.I have worked under underwriting department and receptionist at KUSCCO mutual assurance limited.Underwriting department i majorly dealt with examining the insurance propasal,collecting background information and assesment of risk,determining premiums,preparing insurance policy terms and conditions and rearranging documents in costing schedule format.

I pursued a diploma in business administration and graduated with a credit in December 2022 at Coperative University Of Kenya.I also did an accounting package  at KCA university from 2017 to2018
