10. Creating Reports on a regular basis. 

11. Maintaining Company's Financial accounts. 

12. Creating documents as per specification (Leases, Notices, Contracts). 

13. Data Entry/Maintenance and updating company software on a regular basis. 

14. Creating contractor and employee payrolls. 

15. Creating annual tax reports. 

16. Managing Vacation Rentals using Airbnb. 

I have hands-on experience working in MS Office, Freshbooks, Quickbooks, Salesforce, Buildium, AppFolio, Propertymeld, Propertyware, RealeFlow, Google Apps, Zoho Apps, Peachtree, communication software (Skype, Pinger, RingCentral, and others), remote desktop software (Log Me In, Join Team Viewer), GoTo Meeting, GoTo Training, GoTo Webinar, Podio, Powtoons, GoAnimate, Camtasia, Asana, JIRA and Wrike.
