About Lichuma Haron:

I am currently a supervisor overseeing all front office operations and reporting to the management. I have all it takes to run a reception.  I have managed this through education and work experience.  My customer service is exceptional. I have working knowledge in Ms office, excel,fidelio. My verbal communication and written is excellent.  My passion is interacting with guests, welcoming them and making them feel at home as fast and as easy as possible. 

Experience

I have more than three years work experience. Started in a five star hotel at Nairobi, Laico Regency Hotel. Served as a cashier/receptionist, credit officer. Currently working as front office supervisor at Rock Hyrax Hotel in Nakuru.

Education

I have bachelor's degree in business administration with IT,finance. Planning to do a postgraduate diploma in hospitality management.
