• Inventory management and Business development models for Social Enterprises as well as FMCG to ensure timely delivery of sales targets.
• Demand planning to support the business meet monthly, quarterly and annual projected sales targets by reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

Experience

• 2019 till date; D.light Kenya Limited- Regional stock controller as well as acting National stock controller ( 4 months) where I have been undertaking the following;
i. Supervision of the Regional Stock Controllers (RSC) to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
ii. Responsible for developing & deploying business propositions that will covert to revenue.
iii. Key role in high-level planning for distribution and marketing strategies.
iv. Overall responsibility to offer back-office support to the sales leads involving preparation of quotation, price negotiation documents, project management deployment of customer activities.
v. Ensure relationship management with all Regional stakeholders so as to drive revenue and performance.
vi. Oversee Regional Stock Controllers daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
vii. Coordination of weekly and monthly stock take in trade and reconciliation reports shared with Finance and the Market Leadership team.

• 2017 to 2019; Sustainable community development services- Supply chain officer for Improved cookstoves. Successfully implemented the following grant projects;
1. UNDP Gef Small Grants Programme Kenya.
2. Developing Affordable Home Systems for Rural Off-Grid Household and Small Businesses Project.
3. Improved Cook stoves Project for Households and Institutions.
I undertook the following responsibilities for the organization.
i. Expediting supplies so that they arrive on time.
ii. Sourcing for venues for community training, team building and capacity building activities.
iii. Placing orders for raw materials for supply.
iv. Ensuring that all expenditures fall within designated budget.
v. Receiving orders and ensuring they conform to specifications and quality standards.
vi. Negotiate with suppliers for best prices.
vii. Distribution of all scode ltd products to points of sale.
viii. Address and resolve shipment delays or concerns.
