Throughout my career journey, i have been able to develop my skills and abilities in a manufacturing scale working in management level, which has been a great experience. Now i am ready for a new challenge to take my craft to another level, work within a team, provide efficient solutions and meet the organizations deadlines.
 

I have previous worked in Production Management level  where I developed  well-rounded skills set in process improvement and honored talents in Production Line Supervision and operations management. Further, the leadership skills and a communicative collaborator developed from my previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in team building and problem solving, including a keen attention to detailed and accuracy. In an role accorded, I would strive to make sure that each of the employee understood their role, also enforce safety standards and create a reward system to promote productivity and safety among my employees.
 

I have Bachelors Degree in Industrial Chemistry with relevant skills in Manufqcturing, Quality Assurance, Processing/Production, Analysis, Research and Operational Excellency
