I have over 1.5 years of supervised work experience at Nasieku Therapy, where I provided psychosocial support and counseling to clients. My work included one-on-one sessions, group facilitation, and wellness workshops, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, stress management, and life skills. I maintained detailed documentation and ensured all practices adhered to ethical and confidentiality standards.
Beyond counseling, I have experience supporting programs and initiatives, including designing psychoeducational workshops and coordinating client follow-ups.
