As a People Operations Intern at Culturelligence, my responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding interns and implementing techniques to attract students and freshers for training and internship programs. I also collaborate with the digital marketing team to host webinars for students and participate in research and analysis of modern HR practices like Agile HR.
