Culturelligence (July-Present):
As a People Operations Intern at Culturelligence, my responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding interns and implementing techniques to attract students and freshers for training and internship programs. I also collaborate with the digital marketing team to host webinars for students and participate in research and analysis of modern HR practices like Agile HR.

Finley International Limited (June-August 2022):
During my time as a Human Resource Attaché at Finley International Limited, I assisted in the entire hiring process, conducted interviews, verified work history and references, screened CVs, and tracked potential candidates. I provided HR orientation and assistance to new employees, including training and presentations. Additionally, I supported administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and assisting with publisher projects.
