About Lawrance abonyo:

I'm a graduate of Bsc. food science and Nutrition. I have been in lifestyle coaching where i give nutritional advice, supplements, body building tactics, gym and yoga classes for more than 5years now. It's my great concern to the number of people losing life through non-communicable lifestyle disease such as cardiovascular diseases (stroke, coma, heart failure) and cancer (colon cancer, hernia, rectal cancer). I have decided to fill the gap by becoming a coach to all individuals irrespective of gender and age. I have got skills on maintaining flat tummy for ladies and six pack for men. Skills on how to have great cardiovascular operation for the aged. Guidance tips for the young and teenage groups to keep them active and minimise laziness that is depicted in this dot com generation.

Stay active stay healthy and live long. Life span is 120 years plus. Hire me 聽we make the impossible possible.

Experience

I have been in to the great referral healcare facility in Kisumu (JOOTRH) at this facility i met several lifestyle related conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, oncology clients. I managed to do appropriate interventions followed by Monitoring and Evaluation. Currently im a private coach and i have two clients who are doing pretty well under my guidance.聽

I'm also proficient in bakery and Pastry. 聽I have worked as an intern at Meru University food processing plant. Currently I'm working with Kenafric bakery limited in production department. I also offer private pastry classes as well as bakery.
